Training Built on Experience

From Awareness to Execution

With over a decade supporting safety and technical training in large-scale manufacturing environments. I’m an NFPA Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP) with a background in U.S. Navy nuclear operations and electrical safety program leadership at Tesla.

Silicon Valley Safety was founded to help teams execute safety in the field through training and programs that are practical, engaging, and rooted in real-world conditions.

Backed by 10+ years in high-risk industrial environments, including experience training thousands of workers across manufacturing operations.

10+ Years Experience • 10,000+ Workers Trained • Electrical Safety & LOTO Specialist

What I Bring

Real-World Experience
Built and delivered training in high-risk, fast-paced industrial environments.

Electrical Safety & LOTO Focus
Deep expertise in electrical safety and control of hazardous energy, with practical application at the center.

Training That Sticks
Designed for retention through hands-on, scenario-based learning—not just course completion.

Built for the Field
Programs and processes that are clear, usable, and actually work in real operations.

From Awareness to Execution

Most safety programs do a good job building awareness.

Where many fall short is execution.

In the field, people need to be able to interpret hazards, make decisions, and apply the right process under real conditions—not just recall information from a training.

My approach focuses on bridging that gap. Turning requirements into something teams can understand, apply, and consistently execute.

Background

My background began in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Electrician’s Mate, where I developed a strong foundation in electrical systems, disciplined operations, and real-world risk management. That experience continues to shape how I approach safety today—practical, structured, and grounded in execution.

Since then, I’ve worked in leading manufacturing environments, including Tesla, where I led electrical safety and lockout/tagout (LOTO) training and program efforts across North America manufacturing operations.

My experience includes over 10 years developing and delivering training for over 10,000 workers across a wide range of roles, helping teams translate complex requirements into practical, usable processes.

My focus is simple: training and programs that hold up in the field—not just in the classroom.
